What are the NatCon dates and venue?
NatCon starts at 4pm on Friday the 25 of April and ends at 2pm (times might be subject to slight changes) on Sunday the 27th. It will be held at the Sicilian Club located at 1 Fortune Street, Balcatta, WA 6021.
Where do I get the latest information about the NatCon?

How do I register for the NatCon?

Registration closes on Monday, 31 March 2025.
Registration is per family or individual: the system will not allow group registrations (like a whole household) to ensure that registrant’s details are accurately captured. Please register early.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank deposit.
If paying by credit card, you will be transacting directly on the Stripe payment portal.
If paying by bank deposit, the system will automatically provide you with a reference code. This reference code will need to be reflected/written in bank deposit transaction.
Please note that you are officially registered only after your Registration Fee has been received by the Registration Committee.
Reminders will be sent out prior to the NatCon in case members have completed the registration form but has forgotten to remit their registration fees.
If registering for someone else, please ensure that their names and contact details are correctly entered.

Is there a discount if I attend only Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th?
To achieve a wholistic advantage, NatCon delegates are strongly encouraged to attend the NatCon in its entirety. Request to attend specific days only will be subject to review, with applicable fees to be determined accordingly.

What are the accommodation options?
The online registration has three (3) accommodation options:
Staying at the nominated accommodation/hotel; and
Staying at one of CFCA-WA’s host family.
Others (not staying in nominated accommodation/hotel nor CFCA-WA host family)
Kindly please note that the Hosting Service is limited and is on a "first book, first serve" basis. Furthermore, the NatCon Accommodation Team will email you as soon as possible to advise whether your hosting requirement has been confirmed.
If you choose to stay in a nominated accommodation/hotel, please organise booking soon – please note that the NatCon registration excludes booking for accommodation. Please check the list of nominated accommodation before and avail of some available discounts.
I requested to be hosted by a CFCA Family, how do I meet my host?
Before your arrival in Perth, the Registration Team will share your contact details with the Transportation Team, who will coordinate your airport pickup. Typically, the host will personally pick up the delegates they are hosting. If this does not occur, the Transportation Team will ensure the delegates meet their host. Alternatively, delegates can reach out to the Registration Team during the NatCon for assistance.

What are the transportation services available?
On arrival at Perth Airport - Transport service (one-way and one-off) to locations listed below are only available on Thursday and Friday (24 April and 25 April) respectively:

I did not ask for transport assistance, how do I get to the venue from airport?
Although the venue is accessible by public transport (via Transperth Journey Planner: Transperth Journey Planner) however, it would quicker to organise a cab or taxi.
I asked for transport assistance, how do I meet my designated driver on arrival?
On days leading to the NatCon, the Registration Team will communicate information regarding Transportation arrangements.
The person responsible to collect you at the airport will bring a placard with your name on it to ensure that you can identify them.
During the event
If staying with a CFCA-WA host family – your host or Transportation Team will ensure that you are ferried from your host’s house to the venue and vice versa.
If staying at a nominated accommodation/hotel – the Transport Team will let you know the collection point at the venue and at the nominated accommodation/hotel.
At the Natcon venue, you may approach the designated desk for Transport Team for any transportation enquiry.
Where can I park at the venue?
Parking – in yellow rectangle below - is available at the venue. Entry to the parking lot is through Fortune Street only.
I have special dietary requirements, where will I get my meals?
An announcement will be made to direct you to the station tasked with serving food on special dietary requirements.
