CFCA TAS Household Leaders reflecting on St Paul's call for radical change and commitment to God's will.

02 Feb 2025 - CFCA Tasmania household leaders came back from the Christmas holiday break renewed and eager to tackle the year ahead. After a productive Leaders Planning session in mid-January at the home of our spiritual director, Fr Jessie Banez, the Leaders Assembly was held at the Launceston Parish Centre on the 2nd of February and facilitate by Tony and Heidi Portugal. A simple fellowship lunch was followed by praise and worship and the talks from the Portugals recalling our CFCA covenant and commitment to the strategic imperatives for 2025.

It was a productive afternoon as the full year calendar of events and activities was finalised, including a commitment to conduct 2 CLP sessions in Tasmania in the 3rd quarter of 2025 (August-October).

It was also a time to reflect on the achievements of our small but strong Tasmanian contingent, as many of our leaders and members actively support the many activities of our respective parishes including sitting in parish councils, organising parish events, leading retreats, sacramental activities and children's liturgy sessions.

Slowly but surely, CFCA Tasmania is projected to meet and exceed our targets to the "5000 in 5" initiative!
